Here is the recipe for 4 persons 😋
1 pack of cooked pasta, cooled down
1 block of firm tofu (you can marinate it overnight for more flavor, with some lemon, salt, and garlic powder)
2 large tomatoes, cubed
1 long cucumber, cubed
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup black olive, sliced
For the Salad Dressing mix together:
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp thym
1/2 sea salt
1/2 tbsp oregano
4 tbsp lemon juice or saurkraut
Gently stir all the ingredients together in a salad bowl 🥗
