Hey Janee’ if you cover up the rhizome on the Glorrisum it will rot. The Sansaveria is the Bantels Sensation one of my faves 😍💚 Yea you’ve potted it too deep. 💚

Hi Janeé!!! Beautiful gift plants. Fyi: Gloriosum is a crawler. Suggest you get a rectangular pot and lay her on the side. Do you have snails in your aquarium? I’m trying to fill mine up with real plants. Enjoy your trip!!!🙋🏼‍♀️💚🪴🐩

I know they can be beneficial but I hate that they multiply so easy. What’s all in your aquarium??? The aquatic plants I have that have been so easy for me are Anubias and Java Ferns 🪴

the philodendron gloriousum is a crawler not a climber, it “has a crawling rhizome that likes to be partly exposed out of the soil as it moves horizontally across the ground”. i would recommend using a shallow + wider pot instead of a round one. it also wouldn’t benefit you to put it on a pole or trellis.

Janell the Gloriosum is a crawler I have 2 of them you shouldn’t bury the them I have mine in a rectangular pot so it can crawl across the soil and if any of the nodes you can propagate by cutting the node while it has rooted underneath. Burying the stem could cause it to rot the stem should be left above the soil line.

Another great video! Do you run the humidifiers year round? I'm in KC and have only run mine during the winter months. Your videos are very well done, and your personality is so pleasant, when you hold your plants up and smile, I know exactly how you feel, I love houseplants and gardening, puts me in such a calm, relaxing mood. The temperatures are finally warming up and staying there so I've been outside all day working in the garden. Last week I got 3 more Hawaiian Ti plants to grow outside in pots along with the baby Banana plant, it will be a nice tropical looking corner. Looking forward to your next video. 😀

Now I'm trying to talk myself out of ordering another Albo 🤣fb marketplace is no good ! It's nice being able to just pickup items tho instead of shipping 😫 plants are amazing

Oh the Gloriosum won’t respond well to being on a pole it’s a crawler, see it’s already crawling. ❤ The Philodendron Glorius is a climber not the Gloriosum and you snake plant is a Sanseveria Sayuri/ Bantal Sensation. I have one of those too and I love it I accidentally bumped into it at Home Depot it was the only one so I jumped right on it they never have them there.
