When you write binomial names the species always starts with a lower case letter, hybrids start with a capital. It’s shows you straight away if it’s a species or a hybrid.

I do not use Instagram, so I have never seen your home/plants before, but this video was recommended to me and I am very glad it was. I would absolutely LOVE to see a cat perch/space tour. I'm very new to plant parenthood, so only have mostly small plants growing from cuttings at the moment. I hope my collection looks like this someday. I couldn't catch what you called the moss poles you use. I want to start using them, but find them quite ugly in general, but ubreallynlike these clear ones of yours. For your ping, you mostly just need to keep the soil damp, and it eats knats and fruit flies. So keeping a top on it isn't ideal unless you are going to fertilize it's leaves with a carnivorous food solution. Also it needs purified or reverse osmosis water only

Great video! I would really love it if you could share where you found a particular type of self-watering container that you have in the tall Ikea cabinet. I have several styles and sizes, but would really like the tapered bottom, "full-hand" size in which you have the normal Hoya crasiopetiolata, H. incrassata Albomarginata, and H. cystiantha Splash. I’d love to know more about your grow lights. Which bulbs do you have hanging over the Milsbo cabinets? Do you have any favorites or recommendations?

Ooh they are from Soltech and so far they have been working pretty well. The only thing is to watch out for bleaching and make sure you have them at a good distance from the plants bc they can sometimes be too strong if too close, and there’s a hot spot in the middle. Sansi also makes some affordable ones (but the light is cool toned and more diffuse)!

Hi! I don't have any fungus gnats because I use mosquito dunks! More specifically, I put a quarter of a mosquito dunks in my watering container for at least a day to steep before watering any of my plants with the water. There's a biological enzyme in mosquito dunks that kills all fungus gnats if they eat plants that were watered with it. :)
