Completely agree... this is utterly pointless and makes the agent look totally incompetent

Sooooo is this some sort of odd game where we have to guess the price.... although the cynic in me thinks this is just a shady tactic to ensure that potential buyers (pb) contact the agents and the agent can then say the PB is their client... which then means when the pb does buy a property the agent can claim a percentage of the fee the seller pays?
