Yes. As I'm terrible at bullet journaling I can't draw, my script even print are awful, I can't trace much less draw a straight line; that said I still want to use a bullet journal to track goals, health etc. An writing freestyle in a standard TN . Enjoying junk journaling & currently on my 1st as gift journal.

I think the small size is the only downside for me. I agree on the B5. I’m also used to off-white pages so the true white would take some adjusting for me. Overall, it seems like a great option for 95% of people!

I'm not surprised the Sharpie bled through. Most pens and inks are waterbased, where Sharpies are alcoholbased.

It's always so exiting with new bullet journals :) These are beautiful, I love the gilded pages, and that the pages are not coated. I just started a Dingbat for 2020, and though I love it, the smudging is heavy, and very annoying :) Thanks for sharing :)

Agreed! I love getting my hands on a new notebook ☺️ aw yeah, smudges really irritate me. But I love so many other qualities of paper that doesn’t quickly absorb ink/water! Such an annoying catch-22 😅

Their business is based on drop shipping which notoriously known for bad labour practices and unethical environmental responsibility - the note book it’s self is apparently forestry certified but when I asked for proof - no reply - so I wouldn’t say that is good practice and sounds really duplicitous to me

I actually bought two notebook therapy a5 absolutely adore them. I also have I hobonichi planner that I use which I love the thin paper in the hobonichi. But I bought the two notebook therapy journals for painting and bullet journaling and writing and absolutely love them.

I just started a bullet journal with a cheap €5 one to see how I'll use it and if I'll continue it. I was first leaning to Scribbles that Matter, but the inconsistency from paper to the key page I got unsure. Seeing Tsuki I have a more positive happy gut feeling, so I will definently go for this brand as my 2nd bujo! Might go for a B5 to have more space for my sleep and timed focus trackers. Thank you ♡

Idk if you ever tried the stm, but they're great. I actually bought a used one from Amazon to see if I like it for like 15ish maybe 16? And it's great. Light watercolor gouache paint pens all work great in it. Along with fountain pens. 0 problems. Gotta make sure if you use actual masking tape as opposed to washi that you remove some of the sticky on your pants first bc it does peel slightly but not too bad. Seqes, also from Amazon, is (new) like 15 ish and just as good (honestly i think they're slightly better) very comparable though

Thanks for the review. I may try this for my next bullet journal. I don't really use the index so no page numbers is not an issue. I do tend to have a heavy hand with my writing so the heavier pages would be great. (Plus I smudge a lot)

My somewhat "ideal" notebook would be the scribbles that matter B5 pro with the beautiful bright white 160 gsm paper. I don't care for the gilded edges though, so we'll make them optional. Great review...very thorough! Thanks!

How do you find the paper? I’ve heard some complaints of ghosting but I’ve never tried them!

@@PlantBasedBride I love the paper. The feel, the colour, how fast it dries. But I do only use Stabilo fineliners and Zebra Mildliners in general. Yes there is ghosting, but honestly it doesn't bother me enough to switch to a journal with heavier paper and less pages.

It’s sinful colours hot toffee! I was gifted it by a friend and they were under the impression it was vegan/CF but it looks like it isn’t 😥 just something to keep in mind if that’s important to you! I think cirque colors has some good dupes, though, and they’re vegan CF and 7-free!

I gave this one away to a subscriber because I prefer B5 size notebooks for my own BuJo, but I plan on using the their B5 notebook once my Archer & Olive is full!
