i love watching you planting in the garden, I've learned that I have in the past planted my onion sets too shallow, thank you! I like the way you have done it! Love those covered garden beds, awesome! Thank you so much for sharing.

It's a learning lesson for us each year too. We've planted onions too deep because squirrels were digging them up, but that did not work for us. So trying something different and hopefully it would be a better onion harvest this year.

The potato in the hand from the shirt was awesome. I had to play it again for my slow family members. Thanks for the content. We enjoy watching you.

ur video really encourages me to plant, unfortunately my onions grow slowly, maybe 'cause the weather in Indonesia (West Java) is very hot at the moment, feels like 42°c at my place, but sometimes it suddenly thunderstorm rain for a sec, thats scary.. love ur garden..!!!! ❤❤❤

Since switching to growing onions from seed instead of from sets I’ve had consistently better success in terms of yields and size. On a different subject, I keep noticing your garden hose and wand. I’ve not been able to find a decent one that resists kinks and last for more than a season or two, if I’m lucky. If you don’t mind sharing, what type/brand are you using? Thanks! ❤🇨🇦
@plantedinthegarden3 ай бұрын
I'm trying onion seeds too and see if they do much better. Glad to hear that you're having success with them. For the wand, I've been using one I got from home depot, Vigoro.
@missbiggs94373 ай бұрын
@@plantedinthegarden I'm sure you'll find a a big difference, and hopefully better performance, from the seeds. Thanks for the info on the wand. What about the hose itself, does it kink all the time? If anyone has any recommendation for a great, kink free hose please let me know. Thanks in advance!

I custom built it freestyle. I didn't end up making a plan for it.

He has a video on the build. If you flip through his older videos, you will find it. It was pretty darn cool how he did it.

He I’m a new subscriber and love your video, also wondering where you get your wasabi plants or seed from?
@hc30213 ай бұрын
Is that real wasabi you’re growing, or a type of horseradish? I always thought real wasabi needed to be grown in muddy water and would be too tough to grow in Canada.

There’s one or two companies in North west coast USA that sells wasabi for planting.
@plantedinthegarden3 ай бұрын
If you're in the states you can you order the plant from Strictly Medicinal seeds. I've bought seeds from them too. Hope that helps!
