I am terribly sorry you lost Hunter. I have a cat sanctuary here in Alberta, Canada. I found you and LOVE watching your video's. I think it's awesome you are making your way in the bush, with your pets. It CAN be done if you want to do it. You have a small space yet you make room for them. That tells me all I need to know about you as lovers of animals. Thank you for sharing your lives with all of us. I so enjoy learning from you, about gardening and your chickens! Saying goodbye to a pet is tough. My little Annie a mix rescue dog will be 17 next month. She has arthritis real bad for which I give her 2 medications everyday. It will be a heart wrenching day when she goes. So I understand the sorrow and grief they feel. She is the 3 rd dog I have lost. It’s never easy but I gave her a good life and she has given me much joy and love. That’s all we can ask. Bless you both.

I have been following you both right through the journey to Alaska and all you have achieved since. It is lovely to see how well you work together and how much you care for and respect each other. That, I feel is the root of your success, your a team. Living in such a tough environment needs tough, resourceful people which is necessary to survive in what can be a very harsh world. You are a lovely young couple who work so hard to live their dream and I have nothing but admiration for you both.
