Planting On The Property!

We are finally able to start planting some new plants on the property after having to push that back a couple of times but we are so excited to have Kagan give us insight and expertise on what to do! Really hope you enjoy the episode!

It is awesome that Kagan knows plants. I had tulips and berry bushes that had been in our family for generations. Sadly that property where I transplanted them again flooded and FEMA bought us out and knocked our dream house down. We were able to transplant the berry bushes, but lost all of the other plants. Plants are a wonderful way to share your heritage. ❤

Yay, seed-starting! 504 starts! You have been busy. Kagan is a woman after my own heart. Microbes are part of the larger food and photosynthesis chain for both the plant and the worms, helping break up the decayed roots and making those nutrients and carbon available for the soil plant. Even if the plant dies, the nutrients are all stored in the roots and become a delicious carbohydrate treat for microbial life. You are not only taking care of lizards, chickens, but you are also farming microbial life!

Italian here :) When you make tomato sauce, don't add sugar. Instead, at the very end of cooking, spoon 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda into the pot of sauce (better to do less and add more if you need it, than to add too much), and give it a good stir. It will bubble up and when it stops bubbling, the sauce will be sweet as sugar and you won't have issues with acid stomach. I can't emphasize enough, if you use too much, the sauce will taste flat and nasty. Start with a small amount based on the amount of sauce you are making. You can always add a little more, but you want to retain a little acidity for flavor. Enjoy!

Here’s a good one for you, from my understanding avocado’s are fruits also. lol and why don’t ya get some of them metal trash cans to put the animal feed in, mice and squirrels can’t chew through it, and they last forever, I know we had to do that because we have a pesky squirrel, just one, it’s was even getting into the koi’s food,went to a metal can even for that and haven’t had a problem since. lol fun stuff owning a ranch. 😂😂😂😂 Tfs and btw you 2 are definitely a awesome team, ❤😊

Jerry - with Bougainvillea the spikes varieties are developed from Bougainvillea traillii. The thornless varieties aren’t developed from B.traillii - so ask your supplier to find out the parent stock from the supplier and buy varieties not developed from B.traillii. Greetings from Australia 🙏

17:17 why not grow white tomatoes 🍅? They have an even lower based acidity level than yellow,green,orange or red. Plus they can either contained in a "topsy-turvy" vineyard them as vine types or stock types and they do amazingly well in the lower coastal and mid upper level states(cali,alabama,louisiana, georgia,texas,and florida)

Kagan, you might want to keep these two seed catalogs in mind. Totally Tomatoes- tomatoes and peppers. well organized catalog and knowledgeable staff. Seeds from Italy- specialize in leafy vegetables. Lots of stuff I can't find elsewhere. :)

Loving all the plants ❤ we have loads of monstera amd phikodendrons, epiprenum and have been taking cuttings to grow and fill our indoor space. . We've also sowed many veggie seeds just waiting on the weather to warm up over here in the Netherlands to get them in the garden. Tip for pineapple, bury an apple core next to it every year, soon as the ground thaws, you'll get a pinapple every year. If not, it's like every 2 or 3 years.

Tomatoes tips, move them year to year, pests find them and come back. Squash tips, too many snails, they need to be elevated. (I had an organic back yard garden for years) I can help with soil remediation, living fences, companion planting, natural pest control, more. Feel free to reach out.

@@WolfesWorld I mean not the entirety of the situation. We were reconciling and we all know I have the screenshots :) and had been together intimately the week that she came to visit. I think if you guys want to be completely transparent you should actually tell the whole truth...... Tom & Jerry knows the truth, shit all of Jupiter does. And Tom it's disheartening for you to cheapen or minimize the severity of what has transpired over the past month. Jerry discarded his family and kids for a little girl 20 years younger than him that he knew for 2 weeks..... that's polar opposite of everything he stands or preaches about. This midlife crisis is coming through and doesn't care who they take out in the process. He absolutely did not get out of the relationship he was in before getting in a new one. Again I have all the proof. If he did why would we be going back and Forth to each others homes weekly. Why would his stuff not had been moved out. Why would the divorce stuff all play out once she is moved in? Shit he's still on my family cell phone plan and we have a joint bank acct. This hard launch of this relationship is the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen. There are real people with real feelings. There is a right way and wrong way to handle this and I will tell you this is absolutely the wrong way. There is a way to do this respectfully, safely and intelligently. While I was under going surgery that day a YT video came out that she was moving in!... but don't worry he sent his mom to check on me. Then Angela ( I just informed him of her real name) thinks it is cute to use my trademarked logo in social post and to state in a video how all of the furniture from our home was getting taken on my birthday weekend so when the kids came home there wasn't even a chair to sit on or screw left in this house. Total mean girl. For the past 8 years of a 14 year relationship I supported this man not just financially but in every passion, in every single way. He will never find a more loyal, ride or die person then I was for him. I mean shit my alimony even paid for him to go get her., but you know what I won't do. Pay for another women (child bride) who is a complete stranger. You both can go get jobs. aLAt least I am no longer required to financially support him via alimony since he moved in a complete stranger, integrated her into all of his businesses, having her work for him and decided he can financiallysupport her (or maybe she is supporting him?) a complete stranger..... It's a literal disaster and they are going to document the entire thing. I mean listen the people want to know the truth right? Tell them the wholeeeeee truth. This is the most messed up display I have ever seen and the publicity and taunting of it all is disgusting. And for what?

The content isn’t changing. This is stuff Jerry has been talking about since he moved to this property. Huge garden, plants, raising animals to for a food source for the monitors and himself. Kagan just had a lot of that stuff already established so it jump started what Jerry wanted. If anything this change has motivated Jerry. It’s obvious he’s got a new wind and isn’t feeling the heat like he has been.
