Ooooo, we had no rain for three weeks. I really miss that dry spell, because doing hay with frequent rain chances isn't my type pf fun. I finished planting beans on June 10, tied for my earliest ever with my first year back in 2015. It rained 2 inched two days later, then we couldn't get back into forecasted dryness since. I've made hay a few times, this summer, but not as fast as I expected through planting season. I was all excited about a good old drought here in Ohio, but that faded fast. Who am I kidding, it's Ohio, it will always rain. We haven't been drowned, it's not muddy, but it's just frequent enough to make hay challenging. Everything else is growing great. Funny thing about 2015, it did something similar; hardly any rain in May, finished planting June 10, and then it seemed to rain all the way to August.
