Basically I can't use cob, doom, cherry, jalapeno, squash and potato mine.

In this setup, just stall gigas on side lanes and use ice shroom on every wave if you want to suppress jacks.

You stall gigas and let glooms and melons kill them.

Freeze jacks to prevent them from blowing up the glooms as well.
