You are so good. My highest was 16 and ive spent a whole evening grinding. Do plants despawn when yu dont plant them? They despawn for me after not using them for 5 seconds

You mean if they are still in their cards? I am not sure but while they are in their cards it's like 8-10 seconds then they start blinking for 3-5 seconds. When you click the cards they do not disappear unless you plant them or release them.

This mode is heavily reliant on LUCK. However, if we disregard luck, train the squash timing (use snow peas for easier timing), potato mines should be aligned to at least one gargantua, use peashooter or threepeater for zombies without buckets. For bucketheads, one buckethead zombie is equal to two repeater in the rightest vase, or one snow pea one repeater, or peashooter and repeater plus wallnut. You can be extremely patient to make sure that they will go down one at a time, just open the vases one by one. For gargantuas, one snow pea and two repeaters can take down one whole gargantua; if it is in the rightest vase, it will throw its imp. To make sure that it will not throw an imp, you can just place one snow pea one repeater and delay him heavily. Of course he will smash open some zombies along the way, so make sure a squash waits for them near the end. Wish that the jack-in-a-box zombie will not open a lot of gargantuas. All this vary from time to time since some zombies walk faster than others. And I can't stress this widely enough, you really need luck when playing vasebreaker!

It does not but don't deselect it as it will go away. In other words, when the card is blinking, and you don't want it to disappear then select it and hold it, but the same card you will place should be the one you had selected, otherwise it will disappear.

You know, training the timing with squash. If needed get a snow pea so they will line up together perfectly for one. Also, wishing that your potato mine will line up with at least one Gargantua. Oh and I can't stress this more than enough, LUCK!

1:01:54 this "challenge" you set on yourself preventing the zombies from killing the plants literally led you to make such a stupid decision. You could have vision over the last line's vases and see the two gargantuans lying there, yet you spared the beacon and in the end had to use the cherrybomb. Do it when possible, not when you shouldn't.
