I am having since 3 years and throughout the year it had blooms. Recently I moved to a different apartment and what I noticed blooms are there but red portion what you said as leaf is curling up and not bright color. Some not even opening . Anthurium plants prefer moist soil. Check if it is moist or not. Place it in a spot with lots of bright indirect light; they cannot tolerate direct sunlight.

Place it in a spot with bright indirect light. (Direct sun will burn the plant) Feed it with NPK based fertilizer twice a month. Pot it as shown in the video. Water it with chlorine free water.
