I’m sorry to the Carti fans but Juice will always take the win. Especially when Carti repeats the same words in a whole verse. Every Juice song has a personal connection to so many people, and you can tell exactly what he’s saying. With Carti, yes, many of his songs are a bop, but you need a lyric video to understand what he’s saying, and many of the lyric videos don’t even have the words correctly. Plus how can anyone compete with potentially 6000 songs from Juice? I have collected nearly 2000 of them from day one Juice. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not picking on Carti, but who can currently compete with Juice? I’d say Wayne only. Eminem is impressively lyrical, but after hearing many songs a few times and breaking down all the bars, his songs lose their replay appeal. Juice songs are timeless. No matter how your feeling or what ever situation you find yourself in, there’s multiple Juice songs to choose from to fit that period of time in your life. I didn’t even get into Juice only having a couple years to do all of this in, plus the fact that the label was mismanaging his music before his death, and doing an even worse job after his death. To the point that if you were not a day one Juice fan, you were probably one of the majority that moved on. I enjoyed watching the competition. And it shows how relevant Juice still is, even when we are only 3 months away from his 5 years of passing.
