Plasser & Theurer AHM 800 R doing it's thing

Swietelsky is doing an overhaul of the bedrock between Zaprešić and Zabok, here in Croatia. The line will be electrified with 25 kV AC, so EMVs will be able to go all the way from Zagreb to Zabok.

P&T has a machine similar to this one that can change the ties and rail in one pass. This is an undercutter for removing and/or cleaning the ballast(rock).
