The turtle swallowed the spoon the spoon got stuck in his throat so he tried to cough it back out, but rather than go through its mouth it went into the nose hole. The skinny part of the spoon was through the hole while the wide part was in the back of its throat. Then the guy ripped the spoon out folding the spoon through the tiny nostril giving the turtle unbearable pain.

This is why we should NOT POLLUTE our oceans/seas/rivers/land. Helpless animals like this often are the ones who pay the price, from soda rings getting caught around water animals/fish to animals ingesting plastic and metal which eventually kills them.
