Just because your body is not accustomed to low squatting, the way they are able to do, does not mean a table would make it better or easier to have a table. My Dad did this same low squat when working on multiple things throughout his life....all the way up into his 80's and I do it too. If you look at their backs while they work, they are NOT hunched over. All of their weight is evenly distributed on their feet, rear end near the ground, and their backs are essentially straight and relaxed. Frankly, for this project, a table would require a lot more lifting of materials. It would complicate the mid-late stage of the build, when the inside square needs to be removed, making it difficult to get an even, quick, upward pull, completed without disrupting the sand inside of it. Furthermore, when the flower pot is finished, you'd have to lift the entire heavy pot from table height to the ground. Those flower pots are HEAVY.
