God made us unique individuals...we shouldn't change our appearance because the world wants us to fit into its mold..I wanted to be a tall and handsome italian or greek guy that girls would fall at my feet and ask me to sleep with them...but all i see is a 5'5", filipino guy. But, i am what i am, I'm happy that God gave me this face, with the talent to draw and paint, to dance and sing...and be normal. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

honestly, all cosmetic reasons aside, she had a serious underbite... that probably caused her eating and breathing problems. she kind of needed something like this.. the nose procedure was in all honesty a necessity because if you're going to correct her jaw, the nose would've looked too small for her face. the rest of her surgeries were all purely cosmetic. tbh, if you had a protruding jaw like that, you'd want that surgery too...
