Just make sure you rinse well and you should be good to go! Of course, every surgeon has different orders so you definitely want to follow those orders but soap washing over your incision is not a problem. Just don't scrub.😊

Ok so I can use dove soap original kind of soap hair with water let it rinse on my incision and water after

Lululemon bras are excellent for breast reduction because they don’t dig in. Good advice!

Wow! Just got done with my first shower. I’m surprised if my marriage makes it through this recovery 😂. Yes sitting down is a must. I have long thick hair, I didn’t wash it the first time and the second time I didn’t use conditioner. I looked like a hot mess when I went back for my week follow up. I had my arms, breast lift and implants extended tummy tuck with lipo. I’m a week out and have zero energy.

Yes! Of course, I always recommend following your surgeons orders but you can get Steri-Strips wet.

I was sitting in the bathtub staying dry above the breasts and leaving my bra dry. I guess I did everything wrong.
