Feb. 2018---Thank you for the how to video. After 15 years, in late 2016, thought of getting back into modeling, but didn't want going back to aircraft/armor. Checked and was surprised how many people are into zombie/apocalypse dioramas, plus thousands of paintings of survivors, devastated cities/homes, etc. Been hooked since. Mine will be 1/35th scale as that's what my figures/military vehicles are in. I'm not into action figures, doll houses, fantasy gaming or railroading.....but I've watched/downloaded more than one video simply because I learned how to do something new. Such as using blister packs as a mold for plaster of paris or in my case, using 2 different sized sour cream lids to make the base of a fountain, with a long stemmed plastic wine glass cut up/modified for the spraying part of the fountain. From the dollhouse people (Ebay) got several small angels praying that will go on the first tier of the fountain, with a figure of Mary on the 2nd. Have a bunch of 28mm molds, one which is for a cobblestone street which the fountain will be sitting on. There will be a tired looking woman sitting on her backpack with her rifle and dog besides her. So, just because I used to build plastic models on a regular basis for 30 years, doesn't mean you still can't learn something new and that's why I'm always/still looking to learn something new.

First I want to said thank you because thanks to you I found a new passion. I been watching your videos for a few months and done it a few of your projects (not as good as you but I'm getting there lol) and I know that I'm a few years late but is there a way that you can put a link for the ventilation again 🙏 once again thank you

Gee, that paintbrush has seen better days!!!! You will find it much, much easier to do your painting with a brush that's flat & in decent shape, even if it's really cheap....you also won't use and waste so much paint. A fan brush may work better for dry brushing since it's not as thick & there are less bristles, whereas a flat or round bristle brush will take on too much paint & you'll end up wasting it when you wipe it off to do dry brushing! Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in to help save materials!
