the reason you get random weapons is because the British multi-skin your using includes different classes, and the loadout depends on the class your assigned to(your randomly placed in a class) I'm pretty sure In the multiskin settings you can make it so that the player isn't assigned to a random class

scot you should some times decide to play commander more often telling your team which place to prioritize attacking and defending and more often getting some bots in your squad then use the squad leader kit to command them where to go on the map and flank the enemy or just to do massive pushes there is also a mod which automaticly can recruit bots into your squad for you if you plan to do more massive pushes or trench charges in ww1 videos i recommend that mod you have been promoted to general - scotland army HQ
