I agree that her runway looks are atrociously expensive but I think she earns that big enough to buy those, but she knows its cheaper publicity if she joins competitions like rpdr. I mean, by joining, she gets to have new clothes, she also gets to have cheaper, if not free publicity, and she will also have the chance to win for her charity while doing what you love. Most importantly, she earns more and more followers in her socmed accounts which pays her bills. If you come to think of it, rpdr is like a 3-4 month publicity for her. 3-4 month publicity to broadcast herncharity is much more expensive I guess and it would be weird if we post her advertise her giving money to her charity multiple times.
