1. The general ratio we follow is- 1:2.5:3( cement:sand :6mm aggregate), the correct ratio is set by the service manager when he visits our Industrial customers for machinery commissioning. He takes into consideration , the coarseness of sand , the nature of aggregates , the grade of cement available.We offer the formula setting as a free service to our Industrial customers. 2. The first layer thickness is ~ 10 mm. 3. Yes! For strength , babby gravelis used even in 1st layer. Please understand that this is an industrial product , all our products and services are focused and exclusively designed for use in a commercial production unit ( factory). @Hamidreza sir, Thank you for watching our video. This video just shows how the super plasticser works on cement. We have taken 1 kg of cement for demo purposes. We suppose you will be using frp fibre moulds for flower pots, the air bubble issue can only solved by giving vibration to the mould. But in an frp mould , it is very difficult and may have release problem also. Thnx
