It makes sense that the first year of owcs doesn't have much support and stuff like ingame skins, but next year def needs them, it's great funding for the esports and for fans it's also great

I got into competitive overwatch for the first time this owcs bc I tuned into cloudy stream and happened to see srpc scrims. I hadn’t even played overwatch in months but the scrim games were more interesting and engaging than actually playing the game. I ended up basically watching all of owcs stage 3/4 until it devolved into orisa mirrors.

game is better with players like backbone in it + teams having distinctive styles. flexibility will always be rewarded without hero bans.

@@adalex_4290 And it will be rewarded even better with bans, and Backbone still did fine in this specific ban system. Even their own team coach knows it's better for the game and scene. The benefits are just so monumental it would be dumb not to implement it going forward. EDIT: I don't know why I said what I said. Flexibility is definitely NOT rewarded AT ALL in most meta most times.
