They should totally add serving trays to the items you can get so you could have one person that can carry more than one item at a time like plates of food, dirty dishes, coffee, etc.

A serving tray "consumable" station that lets you pick it up, and then you can carry up to 2 / 4 (upgrade) of the same thing? Used up when first putting something down, so you load up, then first item you put down means no more adding things to your hands until you grab a new one. Would only make sense to have infinite consumables of it, since even trying to implement it with requiring it being washed is a little too much -- though maybe makes floor mess if you sprint? So, used like so: > Pick up tray > Pick up one item > Tray is now defined by that one item > Keep picking up > Put item down > Tray is now unable to pick things up > Put more items down > Last item removes tray, no longer holding tray > Pick up new tray I'd be happy with this.

Definitely need to get extra plates when they come out. Having more plates and not needing them is better than needing plates but not having enough. Especially if dishwasher is going to be used. It may be automated but it still holds up half of the plates available.

Counters do not only turn into freezers, they can also turn into a kneading counter or a chopping counter. :)

That was amazing. A perfect run. Everybody was all the time focused and you shifted dynamically the tasks is the best ways possible. The pinch point where the plates and the pies in the end. Only a 5th player could have saved you. I think that was the best that was humanly possible. Well done Guys!

I know y'all don't like adding food options, but you really should take some, cause they reduce your group numbers by a decent amount which makes things like rushes and closing time easier

The thing with the safety hob is that it's SAFE. You shouldn't have had it at the back, you should have had it replace one of the counters in the bar. And then eventually all of them. At least for setups where things don't cook many times in a row, like steaks.

Would really like to see an almost fully automated restaurant where conveyors bring the food to the costumers and you lot are mostly cooking, allowing for a higher variety in food types. Unfortunately that relies on getting enough conveyors or a copying desk

I recommend having your two seater tables closer to the pie counter that way you don’t have to carry both and have your one seaters be farther away

Is there a chance that the 9 burger bonus means that there is NO bar to countdown for delivering food to the tables? That way there would be no rush between dropping the first plate at the table and the second.

This wouldn't be the first time they've misread the effects. ・Queue stops indoor patience -- if a queue forms, you instantly lose. (Exact opposite) ・Double down patience -- take longer to finish eating. (Have more time between serving plates) ・Increased bell patience -- customers take longer to decide. (That's Brain patience. Have more time before you have to take their order) ・No tray patience -- instant lose if you don't serve whole meal at once. (Exact opposite) Not to be so negative toward them, but they are not particularly familiar with the patience system...

They should make a coffee pot machine where you can fill up multiple cups; that way players can manage the dining area more smoothly with a bunch of customers. Also gg y'all!

Problem with that is that black coffee would need to be made into a consumable.

It's a universal upgrade, therefore, you can't change the machine itself.

I think upgrading for a blueprint desk would’ve been a better investment. Opting in for a mop when you had a robot mop in sacrifice for a blueprint desk might have not been the best choice. Once you got the second mop, you never used it. If you had a blueprint cabinet, it could’ve got you a second rack of plates. Excellent run nonetheless.

That's a pro tip if anything: invest in future challenges. It's the reason you get more dining tables early on, and why you upgrade to a better hob before it's needed. Upgrading the table will invest in the future of the run.

Well I can completely understand Anne, as someone who owns a rumba I can tell you they won't rebel. I have to rescue my rumba from ropes, cords, and minor height differences all the time. If anything they'd aid humanity until it got stuck on a piece of dark floor thinking it was falling forever.

Price I watched it back for you and the wash basin takes 5-6 seconds for 4 dishes. The dishewasher takes 15-16 seconds

You guys are doing really well. Especially with shifting jobs when you need to. The only thing I have to say is you need to invest for the future more. You guys don't realize how great the desks are because you never really strive to get it. They help so much late game. If you had gotten the discount desk you might have had a chance at getting that dish stack you badly needed or maybe a few more grabbers. Also, with four people, having big group sizes isn't really that bad since you can do big orders in batches. Having starters, soups and desserts also isn't all bad. Having a more complicated menu reduces the number of groups coming in.

Rush or not, a line can still form after closing, and doubles the length of a day. Card may as well be "restaurant takes twice as long to close"

The extra customer card will only ever bring half the daily customers. And it'll end early if you get rid of all your customers before another one shows up. In the beginning, it's a fantastic money maker, but if you don't get automation going, it will be the end of you in the later days

I'm curious why you don't use the dumb waiters to help with dirty dishes? Stick it in the middle of the room, this would save you from going into the kitchen, wouldn't it?

Dumbwaiters can only hold a single item and requires someone on the other side to open it and remove the item. Currently, it is a major waste of time, but the developer has said that he wants to make them better so they can actually be used

Dishwashers really good when you get to later days like this. The 10 seconds it takes for someone to clean the plates is 10 seconds that they could be cooking or serving or clearing dishes
