The challenges can be fun but tedious. I found the most fun part of this game is just slowing down and finding spots for specific tricks and getting photos of it. My favorite was a snowboard gap over a Mountain Bike path at the bottom of Mammoth. I caught a photo of my character doing a 540 Method over the gap while a group of players were riding the bike track underneath.

I'm trying to platinum it too, owning the block is definitely the worst trophy, sometimes I'm waiting for hours (while playing the career), with no matchmaking and sometimes I find one immediately or after 10 or so minutes. It's like fishing, pure luck, especially at night... and also you actually have to first realize how to capture the districts, cause it's very tricky. Watching a few KZbin videos is mandatory. After that it's a matter of luck, skill and playing with good teams

I downloaded this game on PSN Plus, the Ubisoft server didn't connect, I was thrown into an open world with a bicycle with nothing to do or see. 5 minutes of jumping on the bike and I uninstalled it, it really is unthinkable to go platinum in this mess of a game, so congratulations for the effort

I prefer Trials plat to RR's one, mainly because it has a purpose. Grinding for plat in Trials persuates you to improve your skills and get good. Grinding for RR is just killing your time. A good portion of the trophies asks you to complete 100 of this, 50 of that, another 100 of this. You are not required to win 100 races. I know this, because I need wo more trophies for platinum: the Mass Races and Free for all ones. I can tell you that I have no desire to play this game, but I drag myself, because I know that the community and the servers won't last forever.
