You should definitely check out "Neon" the "live in L.A." version. As a person who has been playing guitar for almost 20 years, I GUARANTEE you'll be impressed. That song has such a difficult, yet melodic verse, that even professional players struggle to play it correctly, and Mayer sings over it like it was nothing...

all i can think of when i hear this song now is that Chandler Thompson home tour where he sits at a long table and asks "what happened to Liam from one direction?" and the answer from the other end is just John Mayer singing the word "gravity" 🤣🤣🤣
