It’s literally impossible. Everytime I play ranked, they just end up doing their own thing. Never want to listen.

Yeah it’s very hard to get teammates that listen. That’s why I always let them do their thing play anchor so I can clean up any mess, regain if needed. Value my life the most, minimize risks etc

My experience has been different. Easy all the way until plat 2, then when i get to plat 3 im being used as fodder for crim/iridescent/top250 plus hackers.
