White 2 will dribble handoff to White 25. White 2 will attempt to set a ball screen by Red 24. She rolls before she screens Red 24 and displaces Red 24 , who is a moving opponent. Trail correctly calls the illegal screen.
Trail is at his initial position of the 28 foot mark. This position allows Trail officiate this entire play without moving.
