The problem with people who good at DotA is they know a lot of things. Since DotA is a very complex game and evry single details matter. This video can go to 1 hour of guide duration if you didnt sumarise it well.

Brood's passive besides slowing enemies also makes you and your units deal additional damage, which makes your farm with spiders a lot faster. since you aren't leaving your lane before lvl 6, there is not much use in maxing webs during laning
