I have notepad application where people write notes and save or clear nothing else i have created in java and after that i created in new laptop new everything new location even created the KS on the other device plus abb file generated on the other device anything else i have to follow so my account will not terminate

like u said ur app save notes so your app requested permissions (storage) that were not necessary for its functionality, it could be flagged as high-risk.
