Excellent. A deceptively simple looking song but as you say, to make it authentic the trick is in the detail. Producer Tony Visconti called it an absolute master class in rhythm guitar.

If you had fretboard in same direction as you played it would be easier for most to see where to locate frets then search for them after seeing them, its an easier translation if can reverse fretboard notations

Jef Bugle is correct. The diagram is shown as you see your guitar while playing. But I can see how it might be easier, at least at first.

When you demo the riff it would help if you didn't speed up. Trying to count out the rhythm is challenging when you speed up. 1:45.
