I bought a xbox series s scratch and dent one, they sent me a bad product. Xbox itself made cracking sounds when holding and sounded like it had a grain or something similar inside of it and the controller had stick drift in it. I have sent it back to them and said they will check it and will update me. Overall horrible first experience, feels like I have been scammed

Bro you've got little to no knowledge about the controller of xbox. I have baithe the consoles. But lemme tell you. Xbox controller has mouse touch buttons which are actually very good for gaming. If you put dura cell batteries you won't have to change them atleast before a month of heavy usage. You can buy rechargeable dureacell batteries for less than 250 bucks and youre good to go. Also the vibration is top notch. The only issue is that xbox doesn't have a lot of exclusives under the hood as of now. But that's also about to change on the coming year. Atleast 15 new exclusives are launching in the next 365 days as Microsoft has bought many gaming studios.
