The last note of the main riff loop sounds off. Ola seems to get it right, even though they both end it on the 4th fret. It's kind of misterious. Great lesson and playing - as always! The main riff is giving me the hardest time ever. In Riffer Madness (which I understand was Dime-approved) it is 0-2-3 rather than 0-2-4. When I try to play it with the record the 4 sounds good to me. But then the 0 is off, 2 is questionable. I always end up with playing 1-3-4 which sounds best aligned with the record to my ears but of course makes much less sense. In order for it to make sense the tuning would have to be half step up (which of course is possible) - and then we come back to 0-2-3. Do you have any thoughts on this or could describe how did you come up with the version that you play?

@@Kyush4 So herz refers to the actual pitch which You tune an 'A' to. All the other strings are tuned relative to each other. If You lover the Hz on the tuner it means all strings get lower pitch-wise. On the other hand drop tuning usually means that the low E string is dropped 1 whole note lower. Hope it makes sense.

That “power” chord like you said isn’t a power chord there’s no fifth. It’s the root third and octave. So I call it a barred octave or something like that. 😂 In G# and the whammy is A# making it a second of the G# which I think the song would be considered in they key D# major making the intro a fifth. I think… it sounds like it ends on a slide from F# to the first fret D# as it sounds like it’s tuned in D. My apologies as this has a lot of distortion and muffled but to make it clear on where you need to play. Keys are key. I remember seeing them live 7 times and he was always running around and nowhere near a pedal on the whammy so like the Scott ian zakk wylde video someone side stage was playing the whammy pedal. Cool stuff.
