Hey ! Terminus scales with levels, it's best as a 3rd or 4th item, so bork is a better 2nd item. I tried things out in trainings and that checks out ;)

i personaly prefer lethal tempo and always going bork first item instead of kraken feels just right

i think it's really underwhelming to go bork first because Bel'Veth already has such low base ad, bork doesnt give her enough :/ for lethal tempo, same idea I think what belveth lacks is ad which she can gain a lot of from conqueror, not attack speed which she already builds lots of and gains from her passive and her empowered autos.
