After all these years of listening to this song, tonight I decided to learn it off of KZbin. After about an hour I had it down and it made me feel good to play it. Honestly, I was very reluctant to cover this particular song on YT, because Neil did it so perfectly and it was a daunting task to do it justice. I've performed it live many times, but it was something a bit different to put it on YT for the world to see. The most difficult (and most important) thing to capture is the emotion, which Neil did exquisitely. I tried to climb inside this song to make sure it came across from a truly authentic place in my heart. Glad you liked it. Hope to hear your version someday too. Cheers, Shawn.
