Mr Peak, I've said this be before but I have to say it again: no-one makes fiddling so much fun as you do!

Question is, why on earth doesn't my fiddling brain think of something so simple and yet so damn good? I need to get my mental blinkers off and throw them in the bin. This is going to be fun this evening. Great catchy tune and fantastic idea. Thank you

What a fun technique! Your approach really demystifies tune writing. Thanks very much Mr. Peak. I'll be trying this out pronto!

Mr. P -- those slides somewhat remind me of an old song done by Gene Pitney, way back in the "stone age", called the Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. If you can find it on YT, give it a bit of a listen. A bit of sliding on some of the melody, it seems to me. Cheers, my friend and thanks for this, as always, Bob

Nice melody and simple one ! This gives the smile for the day ! Just a note : I'm a beginner but it seems you hold the bow in a particular way, one would say "not very academic", but nevermind ! it shows that there's not a single way to play violin/fiddle and your technic works so well too ! Thanks again for this video. I'll try to learn the song you play before the visit of friend of mine (graduated violinist) at home to challenge her in a battle lol 😂

Please don't copy my way of holding the bow, as I've been told countless times on You-tube that it is wrong. I am totally self taught and never learnt the proper way to hold a bow, so now I'm simply a lost cause :)
