Just so you know, you can use Steam Remote Play Together to play local splitscreen games over the internet. Just start the game, shift+tab, then right click on the friend you want to invite. You should be able to pick remote play together. I think that's how it works, anyhow.

They should do We Were Here. Co-op puzzle dungeon (the first one is free) where one person is trapped in a library with clues, and the other has to do all the dodging and exploring and lever-pulling to get them out, and they have to communicate over walkie-talkies. :) Perfect fit for play pals, with Gavin as a frantic librarian, and Michael trying his best to understand.

Funny where people get hung up; I did this alone and it is embarrassing how long it took me to figure out the corkscrew lift after the snowboarding bit, and it took me forever to get the plank right, but at least I didn't take the fucking plank up to the next part hahaha

@Ivan Guerrero so they're talking about using a rock to smash the ice wall and said that they can use the rocks from the sculptures around the little island that is right next to the wall. At 0:20-0:25, you can clearly see a statue positioned so that if it were to fall, it could (theoretically) cross the gap towards the ice wall. :) Gavin is literately climbing right next to it, the doof. XD

You can use parsec gaming software to play local co-op games together remotely. Basically one person remotes into the others machine as a second controller.

You guys should play The Isle! It's an online dinosaur game where you start as baby dinos and have to survive and grow up to be big dinos! Super fun and a good community! You can find other dinosaurs of the same species to help you survive. Some of the larger dinosaurs like T-Rex, Gigantasaurus and Triceratops take a long time to grow but there are other fun ones like Utahraptors (basically JP velociraptors) and Carnotaurs that grow quicker!

Another Playps game you guys could try is Party Panic's "Trophy Island" mode. Party Panic is normally a Mario Party style game but Trophy Island is a weird but fun mix of exploration and platforming challenges on an island to recover all 12(?) of the hidden trophies. It took us about 2 hours to beat and was a lot of fun.

Towerfall Ascension has a 2 player co-op levels with loads of neat secrets and hardcore levels. If you can't play together over the internets, then PS4 shareplay always works fine.

I tried that and it doesn't ignite. I think the dynamite is there just for decoration - just some charges whoever set up the statue to blow had left over. Or maybe it helps players immediately recognize the detonator for what it is.

Play Sheep Dog n Wolf. It’s an old ps1 puzzle game based off of Looney Tunes where you’re a wolf and the objective is to steal sheep from an ever watchful sheepdog guarding his flock. I had so much fun with this game as a kid, and even though it’s a bit obscure, I think it had the perfect makings of a Play Pals!
