Great vid mate. Just had my first play test with the predator elite. Can safely say they live up to the hype and I love how they just fit perfectly aka 0 break in time (true to size in JP), the weight is in the speed boot category which is a big plus for me perhaps still a tiny bit chunkier than my mercurial 15, x crazy fast and alpha but compared to the accuracy I’d say they’re on a whole new level the accuracy were ok but after I tried it on a few times I decided to return it. Some ppl complain the padding is perhaps a bit thin but it works just fine for me as I’m used wearing speed boots. Also a big note that I’ve noticed none of the reviews have mentioned so far is for ppl who like to take care of their boots these are a godsend as they’re so easy to clean with just plain water. Compared to my mercurial 15 (white limited edition) and the legend 9 montebelluna those are a pain to clean especially if I play on ag turf. So, all in all, I would highly recommend these to anyone. PS. A very pleasant surprise to know you’re a gooner. I’ve been one for 26 years! COYG!

I’m really looking forward to trying these on. I needed a crowbar to get the Predator Accuracy on my feet, even going half a size up. I think the top of my foot is higher than normal, so if boots don’t give in that spot they’re useless to me. So I loved the Phantom Vision, but the Phantom Venoms were impossible for me to fit into.

Hi Noah. I purchased the full tongue version in this colorway back in December 2023 (release date here in UK). In under 5 weeks, there was sole separation around the area of my big toe. Wondering if you’ve noticed the same at all? I sent them back to the retailer showcasing the issue.

Dang! Sorry to hear that mate. Might be to do with a manufacturer defect or could be your technique striking the ball too! Some people get more wear in certain areas due to technique more so than defect. I haven't had that issue at all

Wore the tongue version for the first time last time. A little discomfort for the first 10 minutes around the top of my foot but after that they were fine. Some of the best boots I’ve ever worn! So basically they are slightly less wide than previous Predator accuracy, but would it be a problem for wide feet players? I loved the predator accuracy because of the grip elements and also they are some of the best boots for protection since i get many kicks on my feet.

These are fantastic mate, there will be more break-in time compared to the accuracy, but most foot shapes should fit in here

The play test JUST came out mate - gotta be patient for the 1 month review. 2) you won't lose your warranty as far as I know unless you buy directly from Adidas and then they may not let you return them

Amazing detailed review Noah 🙌 waiting for the tongue version! Did you find the tongue and laced version to fit the same? I found the laced version to be narrower when trying them on at the store but the tongue version fit well. Going up half a size on laced made them a touch too long. Some insight on that would be great, as I can’t play test them and they were obviously not broken in. Also wondering about the durability of the tongue strap seeing as I’d like to use these for a long time if I get them

i’m wearing uk9 with adidas X (fits perfect) and uk8.5 with mizuno morelia neo beta (got a about less than 0.5cm at the toebox area but still fits nice). should i go with 8.5 or 9 on these latest preds? cheers

I've been wearing these for about 1.5 months. During your trials did you notice any pressure from the front inside stud by your big toe? On both feet the underside of my big toe has had issues with skin being torn away. At first I thought it was my foot, but another person experienced it in my boots when using them to the same extent I did. Everything else has been fantastic, but I can't play with torn up toes.

One question about the nike shoes. I'm a 46 eu in the phantom gx but my pinky toe gets crammed in there because the toe box is a little to narrow and my question is if the mercurial vapor 15 has a wider toe box? and should i also go size 46 eu on the mercurial. Love the vids Take care

Go with same size. The Mercurial MAY give you a bit more room, but not much. You make wanna look elsewhere honestly

Hey Noah, do you see as an experienced pro player, that there is a correlation between the wideness of outsole and likelihood of shinsplints? I always thought the shinsplints occur from overuse, fatigue from trainings and games, but recently I am breaking in both Mizuno Alpha MIJ and Copa Pure+ and only Pure gives me lots of pain around the shin area and had to take them off to switch to the Alpha. It might be differences from tongue vs laceless as well. Do you see if the boots are too tight in width, will it give players shinsplints?

Thank you mate! I'm not a physio or a doctor, so I can't really say. That being said, I've always been encouraged to do pre-hab and post-hab on my legs to make sure that I'm not getting overly fatigued in certain areas because of a pair of boots.

As you said mate, they're completely different boots. It really only matters how the boots FIT you at the end of the day. Both the Preds and the Tiempos are great

You'd probably be okay with either to be honest, although the GX will probably mold better to a narrower foot. If neither work, I'd try the NB Furon or Vapor 15!

Ive heard some boot reviewers compare the fit and shape of the new Predators to that of the Copa line. As someone who owns a pair of Pure .1s they took a bit to break in for my wider feet, but after 3-4 wears they became super comfortable. I’ve heard some people call these a Copa Pure with grip elements. Would you say that’s accurate?

It's a bit similar, but these are a bit more snug in the forefoot and a bit wider feeling in the midfoot than the Copas

Not sure of what is going on with the feet types for this boot I heard a lot of things but I have medium wide/flat feet and these fit perfect. I can’t wear a lot boots sometimes because they press down on my toes and that’s what happened with the gx2/tiempos width wise they were good but I don’t have that problem here in the toe box. Only thing is I do have a heel slippage when wearing thin socks too. Would it have been worth it to go down in size or that’s just how the boots are made?
