At 25:18, the first time around, they played Kang in the middle, which shuffled rocks into their deck. The second time around, that shuffling didn't happen, so the RNG was different when it came time for Shanna. If they had played Kang left or played a card middle on the second loop, the card summoned by Shanna would have been the same each time.

This. Manipulating the knowledge you get from Kang is really important, and they made a big mistake by not copying conditions with better results. They only needed 2 points on left to win if you played it the same way and they got those 3 rocks back into their deck, but by changing the inputs they changed the outputs to be more favorable towards you. Considering the deck they are playing, Shuri and Sunspot, one in middle and one on left, would have won. They must have been super tilted to just leave like that.

I've been playing Kang a ton lately and I can't tell you how many times I disconnect from games and am unable to reconnect after a big turn 6 play. It's gotten to the point where I won't play Kang on PC, it's that unstable.

As someone who has been playing a version of this deck for a while, I can say it's quite fun. Killmonger is a big counter, especially if they play it on turn 6, but you can get around that by playing Ultron on the Invisible Woman lane. She can also counter Enchantress if you play your ongoing cards behind her. Personally I'm not a fan of Sunspot in this deck because he doesn't tend to get very big, as you always want to play Kazar and Blue Marvel if you have them on their turns. Ant man works a lot better for me because you always want to fill all 4 spots, so you get a 1/4 without having to float any energy.

Hey Coze my man. How're things? Yet another brilliant insight into deck building and piloting. I have created the Doctor Doom variation of this deck and although I haven't had to use DD as yet, I haven't lost a match so far! The key for me has been this: Zero/Maw or Titania Invisible Woman Patriot Mystique or Ka-Zar Blue Marvel Ultron Obviously the locations play a vital role piloting this deck, but even then it is still kinda figures itself out on that incredible turn 6 reveal...EVEN if you get Cosmoed...there is still good base power on the board for your opponent to have to contend with!! This deck Cozy and your savage Wong/Mystique/Hazmat/Odin deck (which I have adapted slightly are your finest work to date my friend!! Keep up the fine work mate. Shout out to Mr Coccia too. I’ve been playing a bounce deck centered around Beast, Falcon, Collector, and Bishop and it’s been doing VERY well for me. People don’t know what’s coming in or out and Hood along with Blue Marvel and América to close out gets a lot of cubes!

He played kang into lechuguilla the first time which triggered an rng effect of putting rocks in his deck. So the second time Shanna had a different number from the rng seed. If he played a single card into lechuguilla which doesn't have an rng effect you would have gotten the hood the second time assuming there wasn't any other rng cards played on his side.

Do you want to help me crafting my Version of control/surprise Ultron? The idea here is that you want to decieve your opponent while closing Lines; even closing yours is not a big deal since drones are reaching those locations evebtually. So we have storm and ebony maw. Ebony is a swiss knife since you can keep it by your side or send it to your opponent wirg viper. Alternatively Viper comes handy with debrii rocks or in the worst scenario with a used ice man. Then we have a bunch of one cost drops: ebony, ant Man (since you are filling with drones his location), squirrel girl is handy if you don't draw ultron, and sunspot to harvest unspent Energy. All these alone plus kazoo (and blue marvel in a bad scenario) create a hard to manage table for your opponent, with locked locations, rocks around and, worst of all, confusing your opponent about your final turns (usually patriot if you Black power UPS and Ultron). Thats why usually they drop killmonger (the real enemy here) sooner than the last turn. By The way if you sense a last turn killmonger you have to play leavin iniziative to your opponent, so that ultron will be your last activated card. Here's the list: Ant man Squirrel Sunspot ICE man Ebony Viper Patriot Storm Debrii Kazar Blue marvel Ultron The deck is performing pretty well but i feel like there's some room with improvement. Expecially sunspot and maybe blue marvel seems improvable. Any idea?

Yeah, deck building is really fun playing what they call off-meta decks. And trying it out for the first time then winning, but having a couple or three counter cards really help.

Shuri should be in next series drop so if you have most of good pool 3 cards you can wait for her in your free pool 3 next month and save that 3k tokens for big bads. On top of that there's chance that she will get nerfed in next balance patch so waiting is not a bad idea

I feel like hiding Patriot is over thinking it. My version of this deck is Squirrel Girl, Mystique, Patriot, Brood, Silver Surfer, Cyclops, Kazar, Iron Man, Blue Marvel, Sera, Doctor Doom, Ultron. and I got to infinite with my main strategy just being skip first two turns, play Patriot first, Mystique second, Kazar or Blue Marvel Third, and last Ultron. Playing them all in same lane of course for max drones, and there is several back up strats for bad pulls.

Loved your video. Very fun variant on the Patriot Ultron punch. But ... PRETTTY sure that the Marvel comics historical pronunciations are KAY-zar (not ka-ZAR) and Shah-na (not SHAY-na). NOT a criticism, just thought you may want to know. Hope that is helpful ... and keep up the great videos!

I used a modified version of the V2 deck to reach infinite for the first time last night. I used Valkyrie instead of Titania and she synergized so well with the surprise aspect of the deck. Patriot --> Valk --> Ultron behind Invisible Woman got me so many cubes. I went from 1 or 2 cube wins to getting back to back 8 cube wins and climbed from 85 to 100 in about a day.

I come for the blatant parade of variants but I stay for the content/info. Seeing that fine Flaviano Ultron variant reminds me of the dumb decision I made to not buy it when it hit my shop (wasn't sure if I wanted that one or one of the other variants since Ultron has some sweet options). When you unlock that variants frame break it really pops. Also as someone who just unlocked Shanna I may have to try this deck out with her. Maybe mess around with a zabu, Shanna, and Kazar thematic package just for sh!ts and giggles.

Is it instant retreat against Leech? I didn't see any match-ups against Thanos, which obviously run this and Leech you early. The only card that benefits from this here would be Red Skull, everything else is neutered, including Ultron obviously.

Sorry to say the deck is just not working for me. Had 3 rounds around 70 skill point. Invisible woman didn't come out once. It was overwhelmed by Red Shuri and New Monkey deck.

I played against it a few minutes ago, that is where it came from ... Not very impressed : I let my opponent build on the invisible woman lane and took the two other, then I lockjawed on T6, easy victory. I was just surprised it wasn't a discard deck. :D

Battle 5 where they played Kang? It almost definitely crashed their game (common, Kang is buggy as fuck), and they didn't manage to get back into the game before time ran out. Most likely, they could have won it.

My brain is too small to be able to hide things properly from my opponent. So I run Squirrels in my decks to bait Killmongers out and then I play Ultron safely. And Enchantress is rare enough now that I feel quite safe, playing my Patriots revealed.

I tried this deck for a few hours and I can't seem to wrap my head around it. I almost never get the draws you're getting in your examples. I could just be having bad luck, but I'm pretty much retreating or losing in most of my games with this deck.

Invisible woman and ultron is my go to to get over 100. Ultron behind invisible protects the drones from killmonger. Many combinations of cards can be added and protection like rouge and cosmo fit. These featured combos he used here did horribly for me though.
