With BlackPanther/Soul during Storm you want BP on point and you want your partner to be doing the work. BP's role in this situation is to move from wall to wall and keep switching sides so that your partner character can keep on resetting the opponent. Of course your partner deals less damage, but that's his optimal use during Soul Storm.

design wise that is. Black Panther is like Chun or Strider but worse. He seems to not have good reach on his normals, and like the other 2, it's skill curve is high, for doing little damage. Also if you mean like Max, then there are better "sandbag" characters to build stone meter

Noob question here: In the fight against Gamora and Spiderman, is there any strategic value to the opponent using the Soulstone when both his characters were alive? Isn't that one supposed to be used when you have lost a character?

Lord Baktor Yes. You can do some very damaging combos with both characters on the screen and prevent the opponent from using their infinity storm.

What do you think about giving the stones a passive ability on top of all the ones it already has. Like an example is for the soul stone, if your character who is out fighting doesn’t get hit for like 3 seconds they start to slowly regain some red health. Another one that I thought of is for the power stone, when a character switches in the first hit deals double damage, and other things like that for all the other stones. What do you think of capcom adding this to the game?

Yes, advance guard and punish. Not that difficult, honestly. The only characters who have uber hard combos to punish are Dante and maybe Dorm and Zero to a degree.

Hibiki Kohaku if you mean switching a character when getting comboed, just hold the tag button when getting comboed(except when in a super) but it cost 2 meters.

Both are good, but I would recommend this one over UMVC3. Honestly, UMVC3 gets less fun the better people are at it, because it boils down to death combos and not letting the opponent play, and at this point people are pretty damn good at the game. At the same time, UMVC3 isn't the most casual-friendly game. It's hard to find a team of 3 people with good synergy, and it's not immediately obvious which assists are good and which are piss (Some characters don't have any good assists). In MVCI is lot easier to find a team with good synergy, you can have any move you want to be an assist, and the tagging system is far more lenient and flexible.

Wall cling combos aren't worth the difficulty of using them. You can do easier combos for similar damage.

Dare Devil I could care less about in this game unless he just has a crazy move set. Luke Cage and Iron Fist...should have been in the game to begin with. Max, I really hate that Strider spam combo you do. The one where you do that fullscreen slash and then send that rocket thing to hit them when they're on the ground, you usually end it with that teleport dive kick. You won't get any style points for using it. Make me proud.
