16.35 that is actually Greenbelt land owned I think by the owners of Lytham Hall, a lot of areas on this map that isn’t meant to be bought but unfortunately I was unsure how to do that, walking in the dark a little bit making this map as I’m a console player who only just bought a cheap 250 pc in July to have a go at making for people Because I got asked quite a lot after creating this farm on No Mans Land Xbox, a bit naive taking this on tbh

Fair enough. It's always a difficult balance between playability and realism on a map that's based on a real location. Much of this in particular is personal preference and none of it is game breaking. Ultimately, I hope any criticisms I made have been constructive. As I mentioned, I really do like the map. If you're looking to make areas unpurchaseable, some parts of the base game maps are like that. I'd try editing one of those in GE and see if you can tell how Giants did it (if you haven't already of course).

Great job nevertheless! I just love to see this passing by. A few tweaks here and there and you're good. I will definitely try this one. Looking for Hürlimann and Case mods as we speak :) And keeping it to reality might be a bit of a stretch. I think it would be nice to set free other areas. Imagine www.youtube.com/@TomPembertonFarmLife taking over the whole area ;) You might give him some ideas :p

You shouldn't - I think you've done some great work here and built a great map. I had very few criticisms and I'm looking forward seeing more! Ultimately i think people will have a lot fun playing this, especially if they're a fan of Tom Pembleton's channel. :-)

Personally I think it's one of the best maps made yes that land is expensive but it is purchasable some maps you can't buy some areas at all. Great work 👍

That is cool! Definitely worth a try. Tom rents quite some material and workers for grasswork. That is probably why you don't get everything right away. A bit surprised that the tractors don't match..... Sure you need mods to do that. WOuld love to have had the old worn out Case.

Exactly, can’t add balers, silage loaders, windrowers etc when Pemberton’s don’t own any of that stuff, they hire in contractors and rent equipment like manure spreaders when needed, this isn’t aimed at VF but all the bad reviews all say the same sentence 20 seconds into their videos, “ I haven’t actually watch Tom Pemberton before “ well what’s the point reviewing it then!, you won’t have a clue if you don’t know what your comparing it too which is why there are people who despise this map and people who love it, no inbetweens, I’ve actually stopped watching reviews because I’m tired explaining to people who don’t even know Tom Pemberton

i dont want to mean to the fella that made it because it is very well done, but it is quite of scale, like some of the barns like the new cow barn should be bigger, and all of the fields should be bigger too, i get if it is because consoles cant have big maps so it has to be jammed into a little one but props to the gent the made it anyway

He made it scaled down to make it more playable as other wise it would take 2 hours to mow each feild and youd get enough grass to fill 5 silage pits so woul make a unplayable map

That is exactly correct Jon, I originally had the map right out to the very edge but it took me all day just to mow the first field, it wasn’t fun and then ofcourse when you scale down the fields it becomes really difficult to get the farm to fit even with the barns and cattlesheds scaled down so something has to give, so unfortunately you lose accuracy here and there, the only other option which is what MJ was doing was to build the farm exact scale and then just make up any fields meaning no 2nd farm

Filled up the Silage Clamp on the farm, not impressed at all. Silage goes through the clamp wall! And Farm shop is in a real need of a face-lift inside it! Cheese and doughnuts on Display 🤣🤣🤣🤭 Utter Shambles!
