Stayed here in 2015 & thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel is stunning and the service is second to none .The only issue was that where it is located is so quiet & not a lot of places around it. I always said if this hotel was in Tenerife I would go there every year. Thanks for the video Kev

Hi Kevin, really enjoying your videos. We have stayed here a few times its a fabulous hotel, rooms, food and service all top notch. Next time you go for a walk around in here checkout the underground walkway that takes you to the apartments on the other side of the road !! Keep up the good work

Mr jock - I would expect padded sun beds for any decent 5 star hotel , a week Thursday for Puerto Rico , Toon 3rd top 😊

Wish you showed some of the kids facilities. We were highly recommended this hotel as perfect for families for kids so was hoping to see some of it here!

it is really good it has a soft play area and a big kids club with a pool literally 30 seconds away from the hotel entrance for ages up to 12. there are also characters in costumes that come and say hello to the kids at breakfast/lunch

Hi I have stayed here 7 times in the past 4 years except covid . Totally amazing hotel . £1100 each roughly for 10 nights flying easyJet from Gatwick that’s b and b in a suite and includes taxi transfer . I’ve been all around the world and this hotel is right up there with the best of them
