Just south of the sargasso pile in the treed area you can often see very friendly Coati's. Love watching your videos. Was just living there for 6 months on 52 and 5 (near Tropical Tacos) and its awesome to see you wandering around that end of 5th. Have fun and feel better (both of you).

Thanks Jiji we really appreciate the kind words! We are definitely recovering ❤️‍🩹. Yes, there is a place on Calle 86 right off 5th Ave next to Casa Venado who does Temazcal and yoga/meditation groups. He seems to be the most genuine, caring practitioner I’ve met, although I usually meditate solo. I remember him responding to me when I asked about his prices: “it’s flexible”. He truly had a sliding scale and wasn’t in it for the cash, as so many here are. Hope that helps! 🧘‍♂️

Thanks so much Adriana, it’s been a struggle but we really appreciate the get well wishes!! I love that area of Punta Esmeralda, definitely worth a visit! So relaxing. I think people feed Señor Crocodile so many Takis and chicken bones that he’s not interested in humans… pero quien sabe 🤷🏼‍♂️😅

@@theropemonster I bet it’s been bad!! My husband got a stomach bug on our first day out there! The heat was pretty intense but he eventually got better! Stay hydrated and well rested..hopefully next time we go to Playa Del Carmen will definitely be around October through February of next year! Señor Crocodile better stay away though!! Hahaha 😂😁🥰

I don’t think that’s a bad stance at all honestly… the fact is, that even with the knowledge of how to get to these spots (like the “Secret Spots of Playa Del Carmen Pt. 1” video I did), they’re still inconvenient enough to get to that it keeps the crowds away!
