Generally well done and informative, but as I am Mexican I have two comments. Wondering why you are choosing sandwiches instead of authentic Mexican food. And that shop was full of tchotchkes, unfortunately often now imported from China and not made in Mexico, I didn’t see one item that was a true Mexican handicraft, just poor knock-offs made for the tourists.

Don't go to playa del Carmen, the beaches are covered in stinking fly infested weeds and my friend got robbed of all his money by the crooked cops .
