Halfway through typhlosion appears, red knew he was going to die so he let typhlosion kill charizard, but in a turn of events typhlosion went for red. He wanted to die of frostbite not typhosion but accepted his fate

@@sapphirestar3978 I'll provide you with some canon and creepypasta stuff. In HH and SS, you get to battle red on mount silver, and if you win, he just suddenly vanishes. The creepypasta made a theory that Red was long dead when he reached mount silver, so Gold just battled a frosbitten zombie, and his team of pokemon, freakachu included. If Gold won the battle, Red fades out of existence, knowing that someone has already replaced him. So Gold, now the new victim to Red, is forever trapped in mount silver, waiting for someone else to free him. This video? Take what i just said, and flip it around. Red challenges Gold, Gold uses Typhlosion, Red dies by Typhlosion instead of being trapped in Mount silver.

I loved how even though Charizard and typhlosion are either dead or on the cusp of death they still protect their dying trainers makes you wonder how many other trainers have ended up like these two. That ending lol 😂 I think Reds death is worse than Golds because not only does he get electrocuted but has his heart ripped out whereas Freakachu burrows through Golds back before bursting through his chest.

You’re right! Not only that, it is obvious how these Pokémon were once treated by their owners based on how their Pokémon are willing to defend them; even on the cusp of death. I remember my friends having a hard time somehow, getting a Jigglypuff to like them. Pokémon, in game, are capable of not liking you. For those about to comment about Celebi… the Celebi from lost silver… in the original story that THIS SONG is based on - it is dead. It screeches at Ethan and his final Pokémon, then dies, sending them to the mountain. Gold uses its corpse to get to the battle, and this Celebi was neither shiny or *alive*, nor part of Gold’s team. It wouldn’t have survived anyway since Celebi is a grass type like Meganium, Togekiss, etc - and they’re weak to ice. “What appeared on the screen was a battle animation, my trainer sprite appearing, his skin tinged blue… against another mangled Pokémon sprite. It was Celebi. In the center of that black hole that was its eye, a single red dot burned out like an ember. The thing looked rotted. I didn’t even throw out my mostly-dead typhlosion before it had moved. “Celebi used Perish Song.” A screech came out of my GBA, and I almost dropped it as the screen went white. A part of me was relieved, thinking that my final Pokémon had been KO’d and I would be transported to a Pokémon center… but I was wrong. My sprite reappeared in what looked like a cave; was I now inside the mountain?” - Mount Silver: Original Story All Pokémon in the original story with a weakness to ice DIE. It’s why Ethan has his sole survivor: his fire starter, Typhlosion. The lost silver stuff I’m assuming is just a creative choice to not only make Gold more creepy, but just because the creator of this mod can. Lol.

Note: Feraligatr has a resistance to ice as well, including the time of Gold and Silver. The only exception to the Water resisting Ice is the move Freeze-Dry, which, although an Ice type move, isn't freezing to temperature. Cyndaquil was always the most popular out of the three by the time of the end of GSCs run, that's why it was Typhlosion. Also, yknow, the fire type at the top of the frozen mountain keeping Blake alive.
