Superb. That one looked ready for the bin. What a transformation. The worse the vehicle is to start with, the more profound the difference at the reveal. Once it was down to bare metal, it's not a bad casting: door handle and hinge detail, number plate recess, lights, and fuel filler door

Well done! I just restored the same van but went the easy route, bought a parts van for the windshield and grill. I like how you cut out the windscreen, I'll try that on my next project. Thanks.

Paul B. Everyone has the right to their own opinion. Maybe they didn’t like the color combo or the casting just wasn’t to their liking. Not agreeing with or liking something doesn’t make them miserable (although they could be), but even a thumbs down is considered an interaction by YT. Great job! This appears to be a Chevrolet\GMC van, but the Ford grill looks good in it. I love old vans like this, so I especially like this casting.

Nice work! The van looks good as new! It might of been an emergency vehicle or police wagon judging by the holes it had on the front roof and I'm only guessing because most Diecast emergency vehicles some times had lights on the roof.
