Okay, as someone who got far into the blood moon, me and 3 other friends came up with a smooth plan to guarantee night survival 1: Cameras are absolutely useless, there's a cooldown after each attack that means the monster cannot spawn in for some time, which allows a player to go outside and fuel up the generator, so you dont need to look outside, and you'll see him at your windows too. 2: Patrol. If you have 4 players, you can evenly distribute players across the entire house, theres 4 rooms on the first floor, and technically 4 on the second one, the hallway has 2 sections with 2 light switches, and the bathroom included, so you even out players like this. FLOOR 1. Player 1: Flashlight room, living room. Player 2: Front door and ladder room. FLOOR 2. P1: Bedroom, ladder hall. P2: bathroom, second section of the hall. If you all patrol like this, you'll most likely survive as long as you're competend. AND 3: The fueling plan, if you kept the generator fueled DURING the sundown, then there's a rhythm that allows you to fill it without having to go out often. Every two attacks, a player runs outside and puts 2 gas cans into the generator and sprints back, it worked for all our attempts and allowed us to stay inside more. Final note: The electricity is tied to the amount of lights on, so only turn them on if its to scare the monster off.

If a person disconnects then i turn the light on the biggest room of the 1st floor to make it somewhat fair. But when the power goes out then the person on the 1st floor will fix it, if the monster attacks while someone is fixing it then you are dead.

It's recommended to have 3 with you for more protection. Also, roles should be established. Cams Guy (Bedroom and Hallway) Upstairs Dude (Bathroom and Hallway) Ventilation Guy (Downstairs Radio Side) Technician (Downstairs Ladder Side) This is my strat: 12 - 2 PM is where you do your jobs, blah blah blah. 2 - 4 PM is when the Ventilation Guy refills the Generator (After an encounter) 4 - 6 PM is when we fail to keep the monster out sometimes, so waiting in closet is best when he gets in. Rules: Board all windows once, except for the window near the door downstairs and the bathroom window. They get 2 planks since they are the favorite entrances of the monster. Generator Refills at 2 - 4 PM ONLY after the monster is caught. Cam Checks every 2 encounters. Only turn lights on when he attempts to come in. Go in Closet when you hear your heart beating/static. DON'T TALK, it gives all positions of the players. Stand completely still with flashlight off. (Me and some peeps won Bloodmoon with this strat) Happy Hunting!

This requires immense coordination which is impossible unless you have experienced friends Also, this was plausible until you straight up said "don't talk" and "turn off your flashlight" which is just straight up BS as I've seen many encounters where keeping the flashlight on whilst hiding still had me (and people I saw) survive, just don't open the closet whilst hiding and you'll live

How to win: 1. Don’t be a console player 💀 ( I got 8 wins and 80 percent of that is basically solo because I can’t communicate to let people know what to do which leads to… well an extremely difficult night lol) But naa fr 1. Some already know this but cams are actually useless. Yes, even with 4 if you all play a couple of times you’ll find this out pretty quickly or “should” is a better word. 2. Items spawn per player besides the the wrench. So this one is pretty simple, don’t be selfish. Batteries(somewhat) and soda cans are really useful so let everyone have their share. Unless you’re just an asshole lol. 3. Barricade each window once save the last two for repairs.(this one depends on how many players) 4. The more players the better for patrolling the house. Be smart spread out and patrol, only use room/hallway lights when you SEE the monster at the window then turn them off immediately to avoid problems for yourselves later.(respectfully power will only shut out if you’re bad) 5. Fill the generator right before the nights starts or fill then skip to the night as fast as you can. During the night it’s safest to go fill the generator right after the monster attacks (close the door behind you after you leave, if you’re not quick enough the monster will legit walk in after you if the door wasn’t shut before you left it’s weird) but be quick with it especially if you’re on blood moon.(you may have to play ring around the Rosie with the monster if you can’t make it, don’t panic stick close to the house and use your third person to corner peak. Unless you’re blind (unfortunate for you) you Will always see it’s eyes when it turns a corner before it looks into your direction. You can loop the monster like this until it despawns IF you do it carefully. Then retreat back to the house. Or keep doing that strategy at your own risk. It’s not impossible I’ve survived the entire night with this strat because noobs fcked my game early not on purpose ofc but still. That’s pretty much it lol If you’re alone every thing still applies except patrol. I recommend you prioritize downstairs if you hear the monster breaking in upstairs head outside and take your chances with the “ring around the Rosies” Strat. Hiding is too inconsistent especially if you’re alone. *side notes if you’re doing “ring around the rosies” watch out for the power box door you can get stuck on it and every second is precious when doing this strat because once he actually sees you it’s pretty much ggs. It depends on how long it’s been out looking for you. You can’t out sprint it atp it’s best to try to stall the chase as long as possible, which is where soda cans comes into play for me. You can also loop the monster at the ladder part by going up and timing going down but it’s wayy too inconsistent and best used as last resort fr 😭. Hope this helps some folks good luck!
