I just did this. I soon realized that modeling 1 cupcake was the most time the kid could wait before doing hers. She loved the activity. We worked on two simple action words (squeeze, roll), and numbers 1-3, but the main goal is supra-segmentals (recognizing tune of Happy Birthday). We must have sang the song and "blown" the candles a hundred times :) Great activity.

I love your channel Bryony. I will implement the idea of taking pictures for story telling as my son is beyond his age and is quite advance, but he loves reading and stories so this one will surely impress him 😁😁😁❤️
