I really think the slow of allies shouldn’t be removed. Like that slow would only kill a teammate in 1 in 100 uses. Them changing it will not make a difference. I rather think the slow to be enhanced against all players, making it so people have to think twice when push through it, and would make his wave so much more impactful in pushes.

Honestly I was excited when riot said they'd be stricter on toxic players. Only to find the opposite, I have more toxic players than ever before in my games and if I report maybe 1/12 reports I'll see feedback on. Sometimes it goes for days with nothing. It does feel like the community was on " good behavior" for a few weeks after the last announcement and then got back to it 10 fold. Also I've played since episode 1 act 2 and the smurfing problem hasn't been addressed or even brought up in these videos. Can't we do something to even try to deter players even a little bit from this behavior?? People are openly admitting they do this everywhere from streamers to people in my lobbies. It completely ruins the ranked experience and isn't even worth playing. I've said this all on multiple platforms and I hope this eventually finds the right person.

what valorant really needs is a player blocking system, it is not enough to ban communications, that does not fix anything, I stopped playing valorant because I got frustrated that always in ranked I came across 5 types of people 1 player with lag 2 troll players 3 toxic players and 4 on the enemy team there are always more than 2 players with a rank 2 or 3 higher than mine and on my team I always have to deal with people my rank or 1 rank below me and 5 players who play with the sound off, meaning everything is fine at home ???? So as I said, it is frustrating to work hard and in vain because at the end of the day a victory depends more on the team than on me, look at Overwatch for example, I do not compare them but Overwatch has almost no toxicity because they have a player blocking system that does not take you 1 minute to block someone so that they never in your life come out in a game again ...... honestly even for alt accounts maybe all accounts should be tied to a phone number or something. even multiple accounts under same phone number. obviously this will only be visible to Riot behind the scenes. you can still have alt accounts, not necessarily smurfs, but if you get banned for behavior or disruptiveness on one account, maybe not immediately ban all associated accounts, but definitely ban the one they were disruptive on, and flag their account for potential repeat offensives or patterns of behavior and it'll make the next cases easier to manage and make decisions on. something to whip people into shape behaving like normal people online even in a competitive space

Rank feels like it doesn't reflective of actual skill level(MMR) with visible rank and it is not even compensating like previous where one player dominating would be imminently put into higher league . I saw higher skill players(immortal in previous acts ) into a single lobby of lower rank (plat ) and its not unfair ( everyone is immortal) but its not reflective of actual plat lobby and sometimes a actual,plat would struggle in this lobby (someone plat in previous act queuing with a immortal previous act , they are both plat this act now) and it would create or a single higher league player (maybe he played bad in last game )in a lobby of lower league . According to the game both are plat so they can queue up. The game creates a lobby according to hidden MMR system but the actual visible rank is not even reflective of that MMR. Sure with enough time play the system will put the higher level player into a higher league but the problem is that enough time was like 10 to 15 games and now it is 60 to 70 games so some higher league players didn't even get enough time to get to their own lobby. (It is not covid so player base is getting higher but the playtime in average is getting lower ). I would like dev to address this situation where the lower lobby player feels like they are playing against smurfs and higher lobby players getting frustrated as the player quality is lower than expectation after rank rest and it takes ages to get to a proper rank.

SMURFS NOT CHEATERS. You have the phone verification make it required for ranked. The second option which isn't as good is be more giving for rr if a smurf crushes in a game. Yes sometimes someone will have a pop off game and be considered a smurf but thats okay they will slowly go back to were they should be. Smurfs abuse the fact they can have 3 pop off games then they just have to troll games and lose a couple to be right back to where they were. If they rank up faster they won't be able to do this as easily making them forced to buy a new account again which would hopefully mess up the account buying economy causing higher demand and higher prices for accounts ergo less smurfs. Please like this if you agree and love the game but want less smurfs so Riot sees.

"About 1% of valorant games have cheaters" I can tell you right now, between smurfs and cheaters, my friends and I have about 1 good game a night where we don't get someone who goes like 29/6 or 35/10 and makes the game completely unenjoyable in unrated. We've actually started playing comp more because, even though we used to hate it, we've found more balanced teams and less smurfers and cheaters.
