Carrie has had so much incredible growth as a voice actor over the years. We went from her reluctantly taking on very few characters with her standard voice to her surviving the Boss Level of all of her characters in a room.

So Frog Detective goes on and on about needing to know Craig's motive for having a pickaxe or it would haunt him for the rest of his days. Then, immediately afterward, he dumps "cyberspace witch curse" on Wendy but, when _she_ asks for an explanation, he brushes it off with, "It's a whole thing. Don't worry about it." This finale has been an excellent Christmas present. Thank you both; I hope you had a wonderful day!

As some who lives in West Texas, I can confirm this. For reasons Science has never fully explained, immediately after sunrise the sun rockets up until it is directly overhead and hurls heat and ultraviolet misery on us. Especially in the summer.

After Frog Detective made the "first and second hand" joke about the gloves i thought of this continued exchange between Frog Detective and Bonnie Bonnie: You got second hand gloves? Eww gross Frog Detective: Yup! First and second hand. Frog Detective: Left and right hand too. Bonnie: Wait, so you got 4 gloves? Frog Detective: No just 2. Bonnie: But how can 2 gloves cover, first, second, left and right hand. That's 4 things! Frog Detective: Like this *puts the gloves on his hands* Bonnie: Wow! Impressive Mr. Frog Detective. I gotta say, you're quite resourceful. Frog Detective: Now THAT felt like a genuine compliment. Bonnie: It wasn't. Frog Detective: Oh Bonnie: I'M KIDDING HAHA L-O-L Frog Detective: That's the first good joke you've told me all day Bonnie: Now THAT'S condescending. Frog Detective: A genuinely condescending compliment. Bonnie: Haha. Frog Detective: Haha.

I adored this episode. Quick note, the acknowledgment of the land is done to pay respect to the Aboriginal people of Australia, but the most important line is the last one: “Sovereignty was never ceded”. The Australian nation is founded on invasion and theft and we’ve yet to resolve it. Hope that adds some context for any other Australian made games that include the acknowledgement.

Haha, took a second but I realized what the joke was about the "two other Frog Dectectives" was about: The other two games. Yeah, I suppose it was more obvious that what I initially thought, but I just think it was a clever way to put it into the dialog.

This is indeed a VO challenge, Carrie, and you're doing great! Here's a couple VA character technique that might help, though: Give the characters a particular phoneme they hit or exaggerate. Eg two voices in the same range will sound and feel different if one drags their M's and the other their S's. But I like picking a body part they lead with, kinda commedia-style (or even especially, if the character is highly archetypal), and gesture with it while I read. Audience might not see the body, but it will still affect the voice. You're doing great!

Was kinda bummed when Lobster Cop first told us about the missing hats. Almost sounded like Grace came up with the name for the game first and couldn't think of a good plot for it to fit the name. But then the twist! ACTUAL corruption in Cowboy County! GG, Grace, well played.

It's sad this is the finale for Frog Detective and this trilogy of games, but it was awesome and fun watching it be played. Ranging from the first, all the way to the last this sure was a unique game series, that had a Frog, silly but fun characters, all while solving mysteries along the way.

This series has been rather loose with its application of concepts like science, commerce, and outlaws; maybe its police are similarly disconnected from their real-world counterparts.

For how willfully dumb these games try to look, and for how simple the visuals, it's obvious that a _lot_ of work was put into complicated systems to make the art look lazy and simple. 20:45: I don't think banks work like that. You can't say "I swear that if you let me into Suzy's vault I'll be able to prove I'm Suzy." 39:15: Carrie voices Mystery Monkey, while Dan voices Mysterious Detective Trenchcoated Tamarin! 51:40: I hope there's a bad ending where you talk to Mason Mole and ruin the whole operation. 3:08: Occupational hazard of adventure game protagonists. 9:15: Another occupational hazard. Good work dealing with it! 16:55: Rules are a social construct. 26:10: Just make sure to wash them before returning them. The hats are probably dirty from all the...dirt. 29:15: Oh no. I saw this coming once Lobster Cop was the one to start the presentation, but still, _oh no._ In retrospect, I should have been suspicious once LC asked you to find some tools that could be useful for a criminal... 34:00: They don't necessarily need to hire more people if they just scroll... through... _very..._ slowly... 48:25: Come now. Frogs aren't _reptiles,_ let alone squamates! 53:50: I'm disappointed that Supervisor didn't respond with "Supervising". 58:15: Of course Frog Detective is political. _Everything_ is political, whether it tries to be or not. I'm glad FD tried (and also is funny). 1:11:43: I wish he was at the party. Still in the hot tub. Somehow.

Episode 11: After losing Craig, Manny decides to throw Liberty a birthday party at Emma's house while her parents are away. What was supposed to be a small birthday party ends up being a huge bash with Lakehurst guys as well. Liberty admits to JT that she still loves him, but he doesn't tell her he feels the same. JT then has a conversation with Toby including Mia and Liberty. Sean and Emma try to make it "the night" but noisy party-goers pose a threat to them. Later, something horrible happens making the night a tragic one they will never forget.
